ADMISSIONS

REAch2 is the ‘admission authority’ for all of its academies, and has developed an Admission Policy which is compliant with the School Admissions Code 2021 (the Code) and other guidance/legislation using a Trust-wide approach to admissions, following public consultation.

The Trust’s aim is to ensure all of its academies have simple, consistent admission arrangements that focus on serving the local community and reflect the Trust’s vision and values. If you are looking for a specific school admissions policy please visit the Academy Directory here

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

At REAch2 Academy Trust, we need to collect and use some personal information about our staff, pupils, parents and carers, governors, visitors and others connected with our schools. We do this so we can provide education and run our services effectively.

We look after this information carefully and make sure it is collected, stored and used in line with data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Each of our schools has their own privacy notice for students and parents/carers, which you can find on their websites.

REAch2 Academy Trust is the organisation responsible for deciding how personal information is used. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, under registration number ZA075052.

Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is here to help with any questions or concerns about how we use personal information. They are supported by Office Co-ordinators based in each academy.

If you have any worries about the way we collect or use information—whether you think it’s unfair, unclear, or not what you expected—please get in touch with our DPO first (using the contact details below).
