Contract: Full-time, Fixed-term (maternity cover)

Start Date: January 2020

 

Tymberwood Academy is seeking to appoint a Fixed Term Deputy Head (covering Maternity Leave) who will inspire, lead and engage with the whole school community to drive continuous improvement and a learning culture.

 

Key areas of this role will be:

  • to manage Assessment and use data woven within ‘the Quality of Education’ to ensure outstanding pupil achievement and progress in all areas of the curriculum;
  • to work with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance the curriculum.
  • To Manage the continuous improvements in the School’s attendance.

 

The Deputy Head Teacher role is designed for an energetic and dynamic candidate who can innovate and inspire all stakeholders to take the school on to the next level. This is a part teaching post and the successful candidate will show themselves to be someone who is passionate about implementing our school mission statement from theory into practice.
