Founded in 2012, REAch2 Academy Trust is the largest primary-only academy trust in the country. It is a growing charitable organisation currently supporting some 56 primary academies, around 18,000 pupils, across England.

The Trust is organised into four regions and includes schools at various stages of development, from those requiring significant improvement through to existing outstanding schools. Data is but one element in a process of triangulation alongside observation, evidence and engagement with pupils.

In order to deliver our vision, we need exceptional staff across the organisation, and we believe that the quality of our staff sets us apart. We are looking for an exceptional individual to develop and lead on education data and systems for the Trust.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Education Data and Systems Lead to join our central team and provide expertise across the organisation. The role will involve working closely with staff within the central team, academy staff and other stakeholders to drive improved outcomes across the Trust.

The successful candidate will have experience in data collection, management, analysis and reporting. They will also have experience in working closely with stakeholders to resolve complex issues and find innovative solutions to problems.
