(initially for Year 1) with PPA cover and Breakfast/Afterschool Club duties

Salary: Warwickshire NJC Scale F £19,544 to £21,166.00 pro rata
Hours: 27.5 hours over 39 weeks term-time / 44.65 paid weeks per annum

Lower Farm Academy is a brand-new Academy which opened its doors for the first time in September 2019 to our first Reception class. From September 2020, we will have our first Year 1 class alongside a new Reception intake as we continue to grow year on year as new Reception cohorts joins us.
We are looking for a highly skilled, dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our new staff team.

In addition, a number of hours will be needed to help run our breakfast/after school clubs which will run until 6pm at the latest if required. We anticipate this being 3 afternoons a week initially and will be subject to review once numbers area confirmed.

Short-listed candidates will be invited to an interview on Monday 27th April 2020. In the event that the current restrictions regarding Schools, due to Coronavirus, are still in place, this interview will be conducted remotely by Zoom. Candidates will also be required to complete a planning task as part of the selection process.
